Bio
In a few words:
I am Dimitrio Pappa, a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist musician, arranger, bandleader, and swing dancer and instructor.
I am from Greece, but have been living on and off between USA, where i study at Berklee college of music as a scholar, and Europe, where i travel and teach, for the last 2 years.
It is such a privilege to be able to express my love for this art form in so many different ways, my playing it, singing it, performing it, arranging &composing it, choreographing, and teaching it to so many people, and at the same time learning about it every single day.
This dance is very connected to the music, and I’m very happy to be involved on both.
I mainly teach Solo jazz classes, and Lindy Hop with various partners from both the USA & Europe, and have a Band called “The Cozy Quartet”, that is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
