Jack Street is a traditional jazz and swing band from Copenhagen, Denmark consisting of Danish and Swedish musicians. It started out as a band of music students from the conservatories back in 2012 playing for parties at their dorm located on “Jacobs Gade” which inspired the name “Jack Street”. The band has performed around Scandinavia a lot since then even though the members have been living in other parts of the world at times. recently they released their second album “Live at La Fontaine”.  The main goal of the band is to take traditional jazz and swing music and perform it in a way in which a young audience as well as the already existing fans can enjoy themselves together over the generational gap.
