Tamal Hot Band arises as a result of the trip to New Orleans and the Mississippi that Matías and Pablo had the opportunity to do with O Sister! in 2014.
The result was a musical revolution so they decided to realize this project to realize all the creative ideas that emerged, trying to reflect them musically in the composition of their own creations.
The band is formed by Sevillian musicians of the jazz stage, of excellent quality and with a friendship that extends over time, so the connection was immediate.
The interesting thing is that each musician contributed with a different way depending his musical sounds, which has enriched and personalized the project, giving it a musical character between the old and the modern, let’s say that in Tamal Hot Band the tradition and the musical freshness are given in hand.
